Silence is a great restorative. There is too much noise in the world and, over time, it can interfere with our ability to hear ourselves. To be in touch with our intuition, that gentle voice that guides us but never shouts over the noise. So, it's important for us to create space for silence in our lives. A lot happens in silence: insight, integration of the lessons we have learned, regeneration, getting clarity, finding peace and so much more. Silence is medicine. #SelfCareWednesday ... Happy Monday! Today I am thankful for life's reminders of the things we keep forgetting. There are so many things we know. And we keep forgetting them. And life, in turn, keeps reminding us of them. I have learned many times to trust life's process and I often forget it. Last week I was reminded again and I am grateful for that. What are you grateful for? #TGIM ... See MoreSee Less
